Terms & Conditions – jil1 Online Gaming Platform

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "jil1," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jil1 online gaming platform, accessible at https://jil1.net, and its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jil1 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the jil1 platform, through which the player accesses games, manages funds, and interacts with platform services.
• "Platform" refers to the jil1 website at https://jil1.net, the jil1 mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features made available by jil1.
• "Real Money Gaming" refers to any wagering activity conducted on the jil1 platform using actual monetary funds deposited into a player's account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by jil1 as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by jil1 to confirm a player's identity, age, and eligibility before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the jil1 platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by jil1. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jil1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the player is found to be under the required age.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jil1 platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the jil1 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. jil1 makes no representation that the platform is lawful or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the jil1 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jil1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.

2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on jil1: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of jil1 or its affiliates; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the jil1 platform; (d) persons who have been barred from gaming by PAGCOR or any other competent authority; and (e) persons acting on behalf of any of the foregoing.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil1 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jil1 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jil1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Personal Use Only. Your jil1 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). jil1 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: before processing your first withdrawal; when your account activity triggers a compliance review; or when required by applicable law or regulation. Acceptable verification documents include valid Philippine government-issued identification such as a passport, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, SSS card, or UMID card.

3.4 Account Balance. Your jil1 account balance represents funds held on your behalf for the purpose of gaming on the platform. Account balances do not accrue interest. jil1 is not a bank or financial institution, and your account balance is not a deposit in the financial sense.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. jil1 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their accounts by contacting jil1 customer support.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jil1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jil1's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on jil1 is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). jil1 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements; and (d) confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used, where applicable.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the jil1 platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jil1 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.6 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their accounts as part of jil1's responsible gaming tools. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jil1 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. jil1 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if jil1 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; exploiting technical errors or loopholes; placing bets that do not contribute to wagering requirements in good faith; or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

5.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jil1 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion. Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5.5 Modification and Cancellation. jil1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, jil1 will make reasonable efforts to honor any bonus already credited, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

6.1 Game Availability. jil1 offers a range of gaming products including but not limited to: online slots, live dealer casino games (including Dragon Tiger and Fortune Rabbit), sports betting (including PBA basketball, NBA, and UFC), and specialty games. The availability of specific games may vary and is subject to change without notice.

6.2 Game Fairness. All games offered on the jil1 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited on a regular basis. jil1 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.3 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the jil1 platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. jil1 reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time.

6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, jil1 reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction. jil1 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and to resolve any disputes arising from technical issues in a fair and transparent manner. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.5 Disconnection Policy. jil1 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jil1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the jil1 platform to launder money or to facilitate any transaction that is illegal under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the jil1 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or employing any other method to claim bonuses or promotions in a manner not intended by jil1.
• Underage Gaming: Allowing or facilitating access to the jil1 platform by any person under 21 years of age.
• Unauthorized Commercial Activity: Using the jil1 platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by jil1, including operating an unauthorized affiliate scheme or reselling access to the platform.

8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. jil1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take seriously our responsibility to help players maintain healthy gaming habits.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel that their gaming is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion from the jil1 platform. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through the jil1 customer support team. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, jil1 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform and will not send promotional communications to the excluded player during the exclusion period.

8.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits on their accounts. These tools are available through the account settings section of the jil1 platform. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

8.4 Reality Checks. jil1 provides session time reminders to help players keep track of the time they spend gaming. Players are encouraged to take regular breaks and to set session time limits that reflect their personal circumstances.

8.5 Age Verification. jil1 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We employ age verification procedures at registration and before processing withdrawals. If jil1 has reason to believe that a player may be under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended pending verification.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the jil1 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of jil1 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License. jil1 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jil1 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform; (b) modify or create derivative works based on platform content; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the platform; or (d) use the jil1 name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

9.3 User Content. To the extent that you submit any content to jil1 (such as support communications or feedback), you grant jil1 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for the purposes of operating and improving the platform.

10.1 No Warranty. The jil1 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jil1 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform, the accuracy of information provided, or the availability of any particular game or service.

10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jil1 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; interruption of service; or any other matter relating to your use of the platform.

10.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, jil1's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jil1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. jil1 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

11.1 Termination by jil1. jil1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if jil1 determines that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in any prohibited activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account: (a) your right to access and use the jil1 platform will immediately cease; (b) any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited; (c) any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided that no fraud or prohibited activity is suspected.

11.3 Termination by Player. You may close your jil1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real money balance. jil1 will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe.

11.4 Survival. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jil1 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

12.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe that jil1 has acted in a manner inconsistent with its licensing obligations, you may submit a complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels. jil1 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR regulatory inquiries and investigations.

13.1 Right to Amend. jil1 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jil1 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the jil1 platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the jil1 platform and close your account.

13.3 Archive. Previous versions of these Terms & Conditions are available upon request by contacting jil1 customer support. jil1 maintains a record of all previous versions for compliance and transparency purposes.
